Dodge Campervan / Motorhome - Winniebago - unfinished project RWC in Rondebosch, Western Cape for sale

My project may be more than I can handle - running out of time...
This 1977 Dodge Winnebago was an abandoned project that I took over.
Specifications ....
Sleeps 6 comfortably
Converted to RHD
2.8 Iveco Turbo Diesel with 6 speed gearbox (reconditioned) Engine purrfect !
Power steering - very easy to drive.
Brakes completely redone prior to RWC
300 litre long range fuel tank (currently empty) + 60 litre tank for normal usage.
aircon not currently working.
Mechanically excellent.
Interior needs work - some rot and have stripped out old 110V system
comes with all plumbing fittings - but needs TLC
on board shower and loo with blackwater and freshwater tanks
Gas boiler for shower and Kitchen - not sure what condition
has a 220v fridge and 2 plate cooker/oven - needs re-installing.
sink and fawcet currently disconnected.
Has original foam cushions but needs recovering

Please note , as you can see from the 1st and 2nd pictures... the 2nd one shows it now.
The interior needs a lot of TLC , the mechanics are excellent - it was going for the RWC straight after Easter, but now waiting for a spare part for the speedometer, that is all I am waiting for before the RWC.
price only slightly negotiable.
I was making this for a trans-africa trip , at least as far as Malawi , and probably Uganda.
but I dont think I will be able to do that now...
Has 4 spare wheels.
